Delete your Norton Family account

If you no longer use Norton Family service, you can delete it at any time from the Norton Family website. Before you begin, please note the following information:

  • Deleting your Norton Family account disconnects all of the devices that are associated with your account.
  • You lose all your child's protection settings and past activity reports.
  • You manually uninstall Norton Family application from all of your devices.
Depending on your operating system, select one of the following:

Windows or Android

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the parent profile icon.
  3. Click the more options icon   and then click Edit Profile.
  4. At the bottom of the Edit Profile window, click Delete My Norton Family Account.
  5. Enter your password and then click Confirm.

iOS

  1. Open Norton Family parental control app.
  2. On the top-left corner, tap the hamburger menu hamburger menu, and then tap About.
  3. In the About screen, tap Delete My Norton Family Account.
  4. Sign in with your Norton credentials.
  5. Tap Confirm and then tap Done.
