Resolve errors related to Norton account sign-in with Google or Apple
Message: "The Provided Norton account has already been linked to another account of the same third party identity provider?"
You see this message if the Norton account you are trying to connect to your Apple ID or Google email is already been linked. Use the information below to know the Apple ID or the Google email that is already linked with your account.

Sign in to your account.

Under Linked Accounts section, find the Apple ID or Google email linked with your account.
Message: "User does not exist"
You see this message if the Norton account you are trying to connect does not exist. Ensure that you are entering a correct email address and try again.
Message: "Something went wrong"
This error appears when your account details could not be retrieved from our servers. This usually occurs when you access your account settings page immediately after linking your account with Apple ID or Google email.
Message: "We're currently unable to sign you in with Google"
If you see this message, sign in to your account using your Norton account username/email and password. You can also request for a one-time password to login.
