How to request a refund for an annual renewal fee
Most of our services are offered as automatically renewing subscriptions to help our customers avoid lapses in their service. With an automatically renewing subscription, you have continuous access to your service without having to worry about expiration dates.
If you were charged for the annual renewal of your subscription and would like a refund, contact Member Services & Support.

- In the Contact Norton Support page, click Cancel & Renew.
- Under Search for more solutions, click Get help.
- Click Sign in and enter your Norton account credentials.
- After signing in, select the best contact method for you and share your query with our support team.
