Report a spam or scam email to Norton

You can report a spam or scam email to Norton to help us improve our products. We have seen an increase in subscription renewal scams where identity thieves send fake emails in hopes you will click on a malicious link.

It is preferred to send the email samples as an attachment to avoid the loss of key content of the message which is required for analysis.

Select one of the following options to submit spam or scam email samples.

Submit from a web-based email client

  1. Open your email client.
  2. Right-click on the spam or scam email message and choose Forward as Attachment from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the To field, type spam@norton.com.
  4. In the Subject field, mention the case number provided by the Norton Support agent (ignore if you don't have one).
  5. Click Send.
