You can remove the firewall rule for an IP address, which is specific to a network location.
Remove firewall rule for an IP address

Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

In the Norton product main window, click Advanced or Settings.

On the left pane, click Firewall.

In the Connection Blocking row, click the settings icon.

In the Connection Blocking window, in the Editing Settings menu, select a Connection Blocking setting.

In the View menu, click Zones.

In the View pane, select the row that contains the access settings of an IP address and do one of the following:

Click Remove, and in the confirmation window, click Remove again.

Click the - option that appears next to the IP address that you want to remove, and in the confirmation window, click Remove again.
