Upgrade your Norton protection
You can upgrade to a higher plan based on your needs and the number of devices. Visit Norton.com to compare your existing plan with a higher plan.
When you are eligible for an upgrade, you can upgrade through the Norton Portal or by contacting Member Services & Support.
You may also be informed about your upgrade options by email, a pop-up message from the Norton app installed on your device, or while resubscribing to your existing plan. You can also upgrade from there by clicking and following the on-screen instructions.
Check your upgrade options
- Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open. - Right next to Subscription Status, click Subscribe to view your upgrade options. Note that you will see the upgrade options only if your plan is eligible for an upgrade.
Once the transaction is complete, we send you an order confirmation email for the upgrade. Click on the Get Started button from the email to download and install your upgraded plan.

Renewal prices are subject to change, but we will always send you a notification email in advance. You can stop your subscription from automatically renewing before you are due to be charged at my.Norton.com or by contacting Member Services & Support, or you can cancel your contract.
