Recover your Norton account

If you forgot your username or password, you can retrieve it and set a new password for your account.

If you do not have access to your old email or if you did not receive the password reset email, contact Member Services and Support for assistance.

Reset your account password

  1. Go to the Forgot Password page.

  2. Enter the email address that you used to make your purchase or to create your account.

  3. Click Continue.

    Norton sends you an email with reset password instructions if there is an account under that email address.

    If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folders. The password recovery emails from Norton have the following details:

    • From: no-reply@mylogin.norton.com

    • Subject: Reset your account password

  4. Open the email and click the Reset Password button.

    If your email account is not active, contact us at Member Services and Support.

  5. Type in and update a new password for your account.

Password is case-sensitive and must be 8 characters or longer that should at least contain an Upper and lower case letters, one number, and one symbol.

Retrieve your username that you use to sign in

  1. Go to the Forgot username page.

  2. Enter the email address that you used to make your purchase or to create your account.

  3. Click Continue.
    Norton sends you an email if there is an account associated with that email address. Kindly follow the provided instructions.
