Update your credit card information
You can update your credit card information by signing in to your account.
When your subscription is due for renewal, and if the credit card information in your account is outdated, we send you a notification to update your credit card. You can also update this information by clicking on the notification.
If you see a message that "We are not able to process changes to your credit card information", then it could be due to some regulations implemented by the regulatory bodies. In such cases, to renew a subscription, please proceed to norton.com/renewal.
Update your billing information from your computer
- Sign in to your account.
- Depending on your situation, do one of the following:
- To update an existing card, click the Edit icon next to your card and type in any information that you want to update.
- To add a new card, fill in the required information.
- To update an existing card, click the Edit icon next to your card and type in any information that you want to update.
- Click Save.
Update your billing information from your mobile device
- Sign in to your account from your mobile device.
- On the top-right corner, tap on the hamburger menu.
- Tap My Subscriptions.
- On the My Account page, tap Billing Information.
- Depending on your situation, do one of the following:
- To update an existing card, click the Edit icon next to your card and type in any information that you want to update.
- To add a new card, fill in the required information.
For Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
If your order number starts with APXXXXXXXX or NPXXXXXXXX or if you have Norton 360 Standard Plus, follow the steps above to change your billing information.
If your order number starts with SY or NS, visit the below link to change your billing information. You will need your "original order number" and the email address or phone number that was used when you ordered.

*Your original order number is in the email we sent at the point of the first purchase completion.
If you are unable to update your card details:
- If your order number start with SY or NS , make sure to fill in the "original order number" on the above mentioned links instead of the latest order number.
- Check if the card details you entered are correct
- Use a different browser to enter your card details
- Use a different credit/debit card
- If you see the message "Invalid Credit Card number for specified card", clear the Card Number field and re-enter the card number to save your changes.
