Unable to access specific websites when connected to Norton Secure VPN
Some websites may have geo-restricted content which does not load when it is accessed through VPN or may not display the content if it detects any feature that blocks ad-tracking.
To resolve this problem, you can try connecting to a different region or unblock the Ad-tracker feature in Norton Secure VPN, and then try to access the website.
Connect to a different VPN region
Depending on the operating system, choose one of the following:
Norton Secure VPN app on Windows or Mac

Open the Norton Secure VPN app on your desktop.

In the VPN region, select a different geographic region from the drop-down list.
Norton 360 on Windows or Mac

Open your Norton device security product.
In the My Norton window, click the drop-down arrow next to Secure VPN and click VPN region.

In the VPN regions window, select a different geographic region from the list.
Norton Secure VPN app on Android or iOS

Open Norton Secure VPN.

Tap the location icon at the bottom of the screen.

In the Regions screen, select a different geographic region from the list.
Unblock Ad-tracker feature
Depending on the operating system, choose one of the following:
Norton 360 on Windows or Mac

Open Norton Secure VPN.
In the My Norton window, click the drop-down arrow next to Secure VPN, and click Ad Tracking.

Click the Ad Tracking tab and slide Block Ad Trackers to disable Ad Trackers.

Open the Norton Secure VPN app on your desktop.

Depending on your operating system, do one of the following:

Windows: Click the Settings icon at the top of the Norton Secure VPN app and click Ad Tracker Blocking.

Mac: Click the icon on the left-side of the Norton Secure VPN app.

Under Ad Tracker Blocking, slide Block Ad Trackers to disable Ad Trackers.
Norton Secure VPN app on Android or iOS

Open Norton Secure VPN.

Tap the Ad Tracker icon at the bottom of the screen.

In the Ad Tracker screen, slide Block Ad Trackers to disable Ad Trackers
Ad Tracker blocking works only when Virtual Private Network is turned on.
If you can see the website after unblocking the Ad-tracker feature, then you may be accessing it with advertisements that are blocked by Ad-tracker. You can try going to the website directly by typing the URL in the browser. For more information, read Fix problems accessing websites when Ad-tracker is enabled.
