Disable Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) on your device
Norton Secure VPN currently does not support Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6). If your device has an IPv6 address, then you are no longer protected by Norton Secure VPN. Also, the Internet traffic to and from a device or a website that uses an IPv6 address is not protected by Norton Secure VPN.
While we are working on adding support for IPv6, to protect your privacy and the data, we recommend that you disable IPv6 on your device.
To disable IPv6 on your device, select your operating system:
iOS devices do not provide an option to disable or change the IPv6 settings.
