Activate your Credit Services

In order for us to retrieve your credit report and score, we need your consent. Please sign in to your account and activate your credit services so we may provide you with your credit report and credit score and can activate the credit monitoring service. It may take up to 72 hours to activate your enrollment and to process your credit service . If you were unable to complete the enrollment and/or activation, call Member Services & Support and we will be happy to help you.

Activate your credit services

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Proceed with one of the following:

    • On the Activate credit services alert, click Activate Now.

    • On the Credit Score & Report tile, click Enroll Now.

  3. On the Credit services activation screen, click Continue.

  4. Read and check the box to provide your consent, and then click Next.

  5. Your credit service will be activated. It may take some time for your credit report to get generated and available to you.
