Download my Norton that I purchased from Hong Kong Norton Store

Follow these steps if you want to:

• Install your Norton product for the first time after the purchase.

• Install your Norton product purchased online, but not yet registered to your Norton account.

If you have already registered your Norton product, read Download Norton on your device.

Download your Norton product

1. Go to Norton Store.

2. Type in your order number and phone number, and then click Next.

3. On the computer, you want to install, select your Norton product from the list.

   

4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

   You will be asked to create or sign in to Norton account to register your product and download depending on the product you purchased.
