Update the verbal passcode that you use when contacting Norton
You use a verbal passcode to confirm your identity when speaking with a Norton Member Service & Support agent by phone. It is an added layer of protection to authenticate the identity of the person calling.
Update your verbal passcode

Sign in to your account.

Do one of the following:

If you see the My Norton page, click Monitored Info tab.

If you see the Member Portal page, click Manage Account tab.

Under Contact Preferences or Login & Security section, next to Verbal Passcode, click the update option.

Enter a verbal passcode of your choice and then click Save.
§For Norton offerings provided to you by a Service Provider or through channels outside the United States, the LifeLock identity theft protection services and coverage, plan feature names and functionality might differ from the services offered directly by Norton. Please contact your Service Provider for details on their Norton plan offerings.
