Compatibility of Norton products with Windows
Norton products are designed to be compatible across multiple platforms. However, when a new operating system is released, some software compatibility issues may occur. Due to these issues, not all current Norton products are certified to run under every Windows operating system.
Please use our Norton Update Center to get the latest versions of your Norton products.

Windows Insider Preview versions or Beta versions of macOS are not supported by Norton. For more information, see Compatibility of Norton with Windows Insider Preview versions or Beta versions of macOS
If you are on Windows Vista or Windows XP, your Norton client security software will no longer receive the new product updates that the customers on supported versions of Windows (Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, and Windows 7) will receive.
However, your Norton client security software will continue to receive the latest malware definitions by LiveUpdate, vulnerability updates, and compatibility fixes.
