Fix profile installation issues
Use the information below to resolve issues that you may notice while installing a profile on your child's device.
You see this message if another MDM profile is already installed on the device. Follow these steps to remove the existing one and add the Norton profile.

This occurs if the MDM server is down or not responding to the requests due to some connectivity issue. Retry after some time by following these steps:

Check your device's Internet connection and try the following steps:

There was a problem contacting our servers. Please try after some time.

If you see a blank screen on your Settings app, try installing the profile following these steps:

When an existing third-party app on the device uses ScreenTime API, Norton Family MDM Profile installation fails with the message "Mobile Device Management is not allowed". MDM enrolment may also fail if another MDM profile is already installed on the device. Currently, Apple does not support MDM enrolments on devices that have Screen Time API enrolments and vice versa. Please check if you have installed any app that uses ScreenTime enrolment. |
