System requirements to install and set up Norton protection
Your device should meet these minimum requirements.
Chromebook, Amazon devices (Kindle/Fire), and Huawei devices are unsupported. If you do not have a compatible device to install your protection, contact Member Services & Support for the next steps and refund options.
Norton Secure VPN/Secure VPN is no longer available for use within India as a result of governmental regulations requiring the logging and saving of user data, but you can still use your product/subscription when traveling outside of India.
Norton device security (includes Mobile Security)
These are the system requirements applicable for all the plans pertaining to the Norton device security and the existing Norton Security. If you have an older version or if you do not know your Norton protection version, go to Norton Update Center.
