Activate or renew your Norton 360 subscription for your mobile device
A valid Norton subscription ensures that your security is always up to date. You must activate or renew your subscription before the trial or subscription period ends to continue to use all the Norton features and keep your device protected.
Your device must be connected to the Internet to complete the activation or renewal process.
Activate your Norton 360 subscription
I have purchased Norton from Norton.com or retail

In your browser, go to: https://my.norton.com/home/setup.

Tap Enter a Product Key.

Type your account email address and password, and then click Sign In. If you do not have a Norton account, click Create an account. Type your details and then click Create Account.

Tap Enter a new product key.
- Type your 25-character product key that you received with your purchase, and then tap the verify icon .

If you see any prompts, then follow the on-screen instructions or else skip to step 7.

On your mobile device, launch the Norton 360 app.

Depending on your device, do one of the following:

If you have an iOS device: Tap Redeem a subscription and tap Sign in with Norton account. Ensure that you enter the same account credentials as provided in step 3.

If you have an Android device: Tap Sign in. Ensure that you enter the same account credentials as provided in step 3.

I have an existing active Norton subscription

From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

Depending on your device, do one of the following:

If you have an iOS device: Tap Redeem a subscription and tap Sign in with Norton account. Type your Norton account credentials.

If you have an Android device: Tap Sign in. Type your Norton account credentials.

If you have an Android device, the list of active subscriptions will be displayed, select the subscription that you want to use, and then tap Next.
I have a product key or partner code and I want to redeem my subscription

From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

Tap Redeem a subscription.

Depending on your purchase, tap any one of the following to redeem your subscription:

Enter a product key: Enter your 25-character product key that you received with your purchase, and then tap Verify. Alternatively, you can also use the camera icon next to text field to scan and verify your product key.

Enter a partner code: Enter a partner code that you received from your service provider, and then tap Next.

I have an existing active Norton subscription purchased from Google Play Store or Apple App Store

From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

Do the following:

If you have an Android device - Tap Sign in and then tap Sign in with Google. Enter your Google account credentials.

If you have an iOS device - Tap Redeem a subscription, and then tap Restore from App Store.

Where can I find my product key or activation code for the Norton 360 app?
Norton account

Sign in to your account.

In the My Subscription page, copy the product key under your active subscription.
Norton Online Store
If you downloaded your product from Norton Online Store, the product key, or the instruction to obtain the product key is in your confirmation email message.
If you have purchased your product from Hong Kong Online Store, read Find the Norton product key purchased from the Hong Kong Online Store.
Retailer's card
If you purchased a boxed product online or at a local retail store, your product key is inside the box or printed on a card in the box.
Third-party website
Look for the product key in a confirmation email you received for your order. If you cannot locate the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam filter folder.
Service provider
You may have an Activation PIN that you can get from your service provider to activate your product or log in to your service provider portal to download and install your Norton device security product.
Renew your Norton 360 subscription that is about to expire
I already have an existing active Google Play subscription but using an Norton.com or retail subscription that is about to expire

From your home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

In the Protect Expiring alert, tap Apply Subscription.

In the Manage Subscription screen, tap Restore.
Retrieve my subscription purchased from Norton.com or retail

From your home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

In the Your Protection expires in X days alert, tap Retrieve your purchase.

Enter your Norton account credentials.
