Keep my vault open in Norton Password Manager extension

Your Norton Password Manager browser extension allows you to keep your vault unlocked for 7 days. Please note that in order to keep your vault unlocked, we need to store the keys generated from your vault passwords within the extension. Hence, make sure your computer is protected from unauthorized access with a strong password or biometrics.

Follow the steps below to keep your vault open in your Norton Password Manager extension.

1. Open Google Chrome.

2. Click the Norton Password Manager extension icon on the top-right corner of the browser.

3. In the Your vault is unlocked screen, click Unlock vault.

   In the Unlock your vault screen, type your vault password and click Unlock.

4. Click the Norton Password Manager extension icon on your browser, and in the prompt that appears, click Open Web App.

5. In the Password Manager window, click Settings.

6. In the Settings window, under Vault Settings, move the slider to enable Keep my vault unlocked for 7 days.

7. In the prompt that appears, click OK.
