Submit the Norton UWP app error logs to Norton

If you contact Norton Support for help, the technician may need the error logs to troubleshoot an issue. You can submit error logs to Norton for analysis.

Your device should be connected to the Internet to send the error logs.

Submit the error logs

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

  2. In the My Norton window, click Settings.

  3. Under General Settings, next to Log Submission, click Submit.

    Norton collects the error log and sends it.

  4. In the My Norton window, click Done.
