FAQ: Migrating your BullGuard protection to Norton
We no longer sell or support BullGuard products and services. We migrated your BullGuard subscription to Norton.

I still see BullGuard app on my device. How do I migrate to Norton?
While migration to Norton is set to be automatic, it may not happen automatically in some cases. If you are still on BullGuard protection, we recommend that you manually migrate to Norton at the earliest. For instructions, see Migrate your BullGuard protection to Norton.
As a current BullGuard customer, what do I need to do?
We migrated your BullGuard subscription to Norton. The migration to Norton is automatic, and your protection continues uninterrupted through the duration of your subscription period.
If you are still on BullGuard protection, we recommend that you migrate to Norton at the earliest. For instructions, see Migrate your BullGuard protection to Norton.
With this change, will my BullGuard Customer Account continue to be accessible?
Your BullGuard account is already migrated to Norton. You will be able to sign in to the Norton account with your existing BullGuard credentials.
If my product or service changes to Norton, will my data still have protection and processed the same way?
When it comes to your personal data, we are committed to providing you with transparency. We process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
We do not sell, share, lease, or rent your personal data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Do Norton products and services have the same security protection as BullGuard?

What happened to the BullGuard email and chat support? I no longer see the Support pages.
BullGuard products and services are no longer supported. Your current BullGuard subscription is migrated to an equivalent Norton subscription, at the same price as your BullGuard subscription.

Why am I not able to access my Norton account?
If you used a username for your BullGuard account, be sure to add '@bullguard.com' to the username while entering the email address field while accessing your Norton account. If you still have problem accessing your Norton account, see Message: "Trouble signing in?" while migrating BullGuard protection to Norton.
I don’t find Norton GO subscription in my Norton account
If you do not see your Norton GO subscription listed in your Norton account, contact Norton Member Services & Support.
How do I access my BullGuard backup files and data?
You will have to manually restore your files and data that you backed up using your BullGuard protection. For instructions, see Restore your BullGuard backup data.
After restoring, you can utilize the Cloud Backup entitlement in your Norton GO subscription to back up your files and data to Norton online backup storage location.
I was using BullGuard VPN before. It is not working anymore. How can I benefit from the functionality today?
We migrated your BullGuard subscription to Norton Go. To benefit from your new Norton Go VPN (which replaces your existing BullGuard VPN), go to My Norton portal and download your VPN solution for the different operating systems from there.

We migrated your BullGuard subscription to Norton Go. To benefit from your new Identity Protection, go to My Norton portal and follow the instructions there.

We migrated your BullGuard subscription to Norton Go. To benefit from your new Mobile Protection, go to My Norton portal and follow the instructions there.

I purchased a BullGuard product or service in retail that I cannot activate. How do I proceed?
If you have an unused product key purchased in retail, contact Norton Member Services & Support.
Will my BullGuard subscription still renew automatically?
Yes. If you have a BullGuard automatically renewing subscription, it is migrated to an equivalent Norton automatically renewing subscription, at the same price as your BullGuard subscription. Rest assured; your protection will continue uninterrupted through the duration of your subscription period.
Your subscription’s length will also not change – all remaining days left on your current BullGuard subscription are kept and transitioned to your Norton subscription.
If you are still on BullGuard protection, we recommend that you migrate to Norton at the earliest. For instructions, see Migrate your BullGuard protection to Norton. Your Norton subscription will renew automatically as long as your billing details are up to date in my.norton.com.
My BullGuard subscription renewed automatically. What do I need to do?
Most of our services are offered as automatically renewing subscriptions to help our customers avoid lapses in their service. With an automatically renewing subscription, you have continuous access to your service without having to worry about expiration dates.
Your current BullGuard subscription is migrated to an equivalent Norton subscription, at the same price as your BullGuard subscription. We recommend that you migrate to Norton. For instructions, see Migrate your BullGuard protection to Norton.
I want a refund. What should I do?
Most of our services are offered as automatically renewing subscriptions to help our customers avoid lapses in their service. With an automatically renewing subscription, you have continuous access to your service without having to worry about expiration dates.
If you were charged for the annual renewal of your BullGuard subscription and do not wish to migrate to Norton, contact Member Services & Support.
