Unable to complete a Wi-Fi scan in Norton 360 for iOS
If your Wi-Fi network is not connected to the Internet, Norton cannot complete a Wi-Fi scan. To fix this, make sure that the Wi-Fi network is connected to the Internet, and then run Wi-Fi Scan again.
