Turn off or turn on Norton Safe Web
Norton Safe Web protects you when you browse, search, or shop online using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari browsers. It analyzes the security level of websites that you visit and shows if the websites are free from threats.
If you see Message: "Browsing at Risk" displayed in the Norton product main window, the Norton Safe Web extension may not be installed or may be disabled in your default browser. To resolve this problem, click Fix Now in the Norton product main window. You are redirected to the default browser extension store. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Norton Safe Web extension.
If the Internet Security pillar is grayed out in the Norton product main window, add and enable the Norton browser extensions on your web browsers. To know more, see Fix problem with Internet Security pillar being grayed out in Norton product main window
