Fix problem when Norton VPN does not install on my computer
You may face some issues in installing your Norton VPN app if you have already purchased and installed a Norton 360 app on your computer. To fix this problem, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Uninstall Conflicting apps
To uninstall conflicting applications in your system, follow the steps:

In the Uninstall conflicting apps window, click Uninstall next to the conflicting app.

In the Uninstall or Change a program window, select the application that needs to be uninstalled.

Click Uninstall.
If the User Account Control appears, click Yes.

The application is uninstalled from your computer.
Step 2: Download your VPN product
Download your Norton VPN product from My Norton portal.
Step 3: Contact Norton Member Services & Support
Contact Norton Member Services & Support to merge the subscriptions that you have purchased.
