Unmanageable services
You can manage only the Norton services that are registered with your Norton account. If the Norton service is not registered to your account, is registered with a different Norton account, or is provided by certain Norton partners, you cannot do the following using your Norton account:

Renew the product key.

View the subscription information.

Remotely resolve any security issues.

Update to the latest product version.
Therefore, you must register all of your Norton services using the same Norton account. Use the below information to combine these services.

Uninstall the Norton service from the device which is linked to a different Norton account.

Sign in to your Norton account from the device.

On the My Norton page, click Download to install the Norton service on the device.
Your Norton service gets linked to this Norton account. Repeat these steps on your other devices to link all of your devices into a single Norton account.
If you received your Norton from a Norton partner, the partner manages your Norton service. In this case, you may not be able to use all of the Norton features.
