Norton Secure VPN crashes frequently
Select your operating system:

Update the video graphics driver

To open the Run dialog box, press the Windows + R keys.

Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

In the Device Manager window, double-click on Display adapters.

Right-click on the HD graphics card, and select Properties.

On the Driver tab, check whether the graphics card driver is outdated or current.
If the driver is outdated, you need to update the download and install the latest version of the graphics card driver.

Select your graphics card manufacturer:

Restart the computer and check if the issue has been resolved.

Uninstall Norton Secure VPN
- Click the Finder icon in the Dock to be in the Finder.

On the menu bar, click Go > Applications to go to the 'Applications' folder.

Drag and drop the Norton Secure VPN app to Trash.

Exit all programs, and restart your Mac.
Install Norton Secure VPN

Sign in to your account.

In the My Norton portal, click the Secure VPN icon in the top-right corner.

Click Agree & Download, and then save the installer.

Double click the installer file that you downloaded.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
