Download your Norton Small Business product from your service provider

Norton Small Business offers you a multi-platform security product to protect your devices. Follow these instructions to download and install the latest version of Norton Security offered by Norton Small Business on your computer. If you are not the Norton Small Business account owner, go to Download and Install on user's device

Download and install your Norton Small Business product

1. Sign in to your account or visit your service provider's website and log on using your existing user name and password or create a new account.

   If your service provider has enabled single sign-on, you will be automatically redirected to your Norton account.

2. Click Download Norton.

3. In the Install on this device window, click Agree & Download.

4. Follow the instructions displayed to Run or Save the Downloader file.

   This can be different depending on your browser. If you save the file, make sure that you double-click the file from the saved location after the download is completed. Once the Downloader is executed, your product will be downloaded, installed, and activated automatically. Your device will display its current protection status and additional software can be installed from within your Norton account.

Send email invitation to the users

1. You should send email instructions to install the Norton product on your user's device through Norton account.

2. Sign in to your account or visit your service provider's website and log on using your existing user name and password or create a new account.

   If your service provider has enabled single sign-on, you will be automatically redirected to your Norton account.

3. Click Send Invites.

4. In the Install on another device window, enter the email addresses of the users on whose device you want to install the product and click the send button.

Download and Install on user's device

1. Locate and open the email from The Norton Team.
   If your install link is expired, or if you have lost or not received the setup invitation, contact your Norton Small Business product owner.

2. Click Install Norton.

3. Follow the instructions that are displayed to Run or Save and Run the Downloader file.

   This can be different depending on your browser. You are not required to sign in or create a Norton account to download or Install your Norton Small Business product.
