Norton Password Manager Autofill and Autosave does not work
If Autofill is not working on a website

Check whether the vault has the login information saved for the specific website.

If the fill popup is not showing up on the login form of a webpage and users have already saved login information for that website

Check if the Norton Password Manager icon is shown in the login fields.

Check if the saved URL in login info and the URL address in the browser matches.

Manually add the login in vault and check status.
Certain websites, primarily banking sites display only the login field or the username field in the webpage. After you submit the username, it navigates to the second webpage which contains the password field or both the user name and password fields. These sites are categorized as split page login-based websites.

If you are still facing issues, you can manually save the login in vault and when needed you can access this login to fill manually.
Add a login manually to Norton Password Manager vault in your browser

Open your browser.

Click Norton Password Manager on the top-right corner of the browser.

Do one of the following:

If you have signed in to your Norton account

In the pop-up screen that appears, click Unlock vault

If you have not signed in to your Norton account
-
In the pop-up screen that appears, click Sign In and sign in to your account

Do one of the following:

If you have set up Passwordless Vault Unlock, click Approve on your mobile device to log in to your Norton Password Manager vault.

If you have not set up Passwordless Vault Unlock, click Use Your Vault Password on your Norton Password Manager browser extension.

In the Unlock your vault window, type your vault password and click Unlock.

Click the Norton Password Manager extension icon and click Open Web App.
- In the Password Manager window, under the Logins tab, click .

In the Add A Login window, enter the required details and click Save.
If you select the Require vault password, you will receive a prompt to enter the password of Norton Password Manager before you try to view or edit this login.
If Autofill is not working for mobile app
Check if Autofill Passwords is enabled in Settings menu of the app. To check if Autofill Passwords is enabled, follow the steps below:

Launch the Norton Password Manager app.
- In the Vault screen, tap the Menu icon, and then tap Settings.

In the Settings screen, under Autofill, choose one of the following:

For Autofill to work on browsers in Android devices, enable Chrome Autofill in the Vault screen.

For Autofill to work on other apps, enable App Autofill in the Vault screen.

If you still face Autofill issues, you can manually save the login in vault and when needed you can access this login to fill manually:

Log on to Norton Password Manager app.

In the vault screen, tap Logins.

Tap the plus icon available at the top of the screen.

In the Create New Login section, enter the required details.

Tap the tick icon.

If the Norton Password Manager does not Autofill the web form in a specific website, follow below steps to report the issue.

Launch the Norton Password Manager app.

In the Vault screen, tap the Menu icon, and then tap Help.

In the Help screen, under Support, tap the Report An Issue.

On the Feedback page, Select Problem logging into a website or Problem logging into an app under If you had a challenge using Norton Password Manager today, what was it?.

Provide information about the App name or the website URL and the browser name.
-
Add any additional information and submit the feedback.
Autofill issues will be prioritized based on website’s/app’s usage ranking.
